To help fans create more creative and enjoyable fan contents, HYBE IM Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “HYBE IM” or “Company”) has created this Fan Content Guide. We hope that, through this Guide, fans will be able to create a wider variety of fan contents more easily.

🤔 What is fan content?

- Fan content refers to any content created by fans using the intellectual property of the ASTRA: Knights of Veda game service.

🧐 What is the scope of fan content?

- Intellectual property (IP) includes images, videos, music, sounds, stories and other components.

- The scope of fan content includes:

 · Documents, pictures, artwork, webtoons, novels, streaming videos, fan pages, cosplay costumes, etc.

🥳 How can I produce merchandises?

- Production in small quantities is permitted for non-commercial purposes, such as for personal collection, as a gift to a friend, or to post online. For production of official merchandise, etc., please contact ‘contact@hybeim.com’.

🤙 When creating fan content, please follow the guidelines below!

- Fan content may only be created and used for personal, non-commercial purposes. 

- You may not demand fees or compensation of any form in exchange for access to or transfer of fan content.

 · To the extent that it complies with the requirements of this Fan Content Guide, you may gain advertising revenues, subscription-based benefits, etc. through the system of the website where the fan content is posted (e.g. YouTube).

- Fan content may not contain inappropriate content that causes discomfort, causes damage, infringes on the rights of others, or defames HYBE IM, Flint Inc., the developer (hereinafter “Flint” or “Developer”), and other users. 

[Please make sure your content is not confused with official content.]

- Please make sure that your fan content is not mistaken for officially produced content by HYBE IM and Flint. It is also a good idea to indicate that the fan content you create to be distributed/shared is not official.

 · “This content is not an official material of ASTRA: Knights of Veda, and some of the materials used are trademarked or copyrighted works of Flint.”

- All rights to game content that are directly or indirectly embedded in the fan content belong to Flint, and Flint grants fans permission to use it in accordance with this Guide.

- HYBE IM may, for the purpose of introducing fan content to other users, use content created by fans without compensation or any obligation, and if such content is to be used for any purpose other than the above, HYBE IM will contact the creator separately to discuss any necessary matters.

- If you receive information from the Company that has not been officially disclosed, please do not disclose it to anyone. Such disclosure would be a violation of the Fan Content Guide, and the Company takes strict actions against leaks of game information.

- If trademarks, logos, etc. are included, they must not be modified in any way. Please consult with the Company in advance.

- You may not create fan content in a way that infringes the rights of the Developer or third parties, or include intellectual property without the permission of the rights holder, and the Developer’s intellectual property may not be included in a third party’s product (e.g. collaborative work, etc.).

- Please use trademarks, logos, etc. in a manner that fully respects the values, reputation and goodwill of HYBE IM and the Developer’s IP, products and brand.

- Even when you indicate that your fan content is not an official material, please comply with this Guide at all times.

- Please make sure that your fan content does not contain any content that violates the laws of your country or region.

- If any fan content is found to be inappropriate, the Company may request that such fan content be taken down.

- The details of this Fan Content Guide may change at any time in accordance with changes in relevant laws and guidelines or the Company’s internal policies.

- If damage is caused due to non-compliance with the fan content regulations or revisions to the fan content regulations, we may not be able to provide assistance. Therefore, when creating and using fan content, please comply with this Guide, the ASTRA: Knights of Veda Service Terms and Conditions, Operation Policy, Personal Information Processing Policy (hereinafter “Company Regulations”), and relevant laws such as copyright law.

- For content created and used by fans, other than the parts for which the Developer or a third party holds copyrights or other intellectual property rights, copyright and other intellectual property rights will vest with the fans only to the extent that their creativity is acknowledged.
